Interesting principle of the book is that you must trust yourself in order to be worthy of other's trust. He reviews the importance of closing the gap between your intent and your actions.
I kept thinking about Meghan vs. Forty during this chapter. "I intend to challenge myself regularly during my 40th year by (fill in the blank)..."
Gandhi is a role model for walking the talk. He said:
"My life is an indivisible whole, and all my activities run
into one another...my life is my message"
This got me concerned: What is my message?
